Participants will receive information about:

The program will discuss current events in both statutory and case law illustrating new or altered employer compliance issues and guidance, covering case law and decisions, implications and changes with regards to the NLRA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, compulsory arbitration and other employment laws.
