Participants will receive information about:

• Understanding the relationship of behavioral modeling and high performing work teams
• Understanding your own unique behavioral design
• Being able to recognize, understand and appreciate the behavioral designs of others
• Learning to adapt personal behavior to improve workplace relationships.
