Tuesday 6/18/13 –  Introduction to OSHA/Basics for Human Resource Managers/Emphasis Programs

Participants will receive information about:

The OSHA Act, OSHA Administration, required OSHA training, required recordkeeping, emphasis programs that may directly affect the group, and special campaigns.

The learning objectives are to give an overview of OSHA and the OSHA Act, information on resources available to the public, company’s responsibilities under the Act and “What a human resource manager should know should OSHA arrive for a site visit”.

This program is pending 1.5 credit hours of general recertification credit from the HRCI.
