    Tuesday 9/17/13 –  Supervising Employees with Disabilities

    Participants will receive information about:

    Dr. Kitchen will teach you a 3-step method for supervising employees with disabilities, setting job-related standards, applying discipline policies appropriately, and managing conduct in the workplace. This training session is supplemented with guidance from the EEOC’s publication entitled “The ADA: Applying Performance and Conduct Standards to Employees with Disabilities.”

    This program is pending 1.5 credit hours of general recertification credit from the HRCI.
