Tuesday 11/17/15 – What does success look-like in a multi-generational workplace? How to best lead Traditionalists to Generation Z
Objective:
In today’s ever-changing workforce, it is critical that professionals understand what motivates, challenges, and best serves their employees – across all ages. In this session, Ms. Gina Jones will discuss the 5 generation workforce and how leaders can develop and use strategies that allow them and their teams to produce desired outcomes and reach their organizational goals. She will also help participants identify ways that they can be more intentional with their teams and create positive organizational culture that fosters success.
