    Tuesday 03/15/2016 – Motivating Teams in an Era of Change, More Work, and Fewer Resources

    Objective:

    This presentation draws on fresh research in employee engagement and workplace psychology. Creating work environments that lead to engaged, motivated employees requires that leaders know what conditions employees must experience to be fully invested in and enthusiastic about their work. Participants will:

    A) identify those conditions that lead to engaged teams

    B) identify tactics leaders must deploy to create those conditions
