“Mentorship Strategies for the Human Resources Professional”
Objective:
Mentorship Strategies for the Human Resources Professional explores the role of mentorship in the workplace and the potential impact on career trajectory and development. Attendees will explore the impact of mentorship on professional development, explore and determine their individual needs as a mentor and/or mentee, as well as learn key strategies and effective tools for creating and maintaining a mentoring relationship.
Human Resources Personnel provide a variety of services that aim to meet the needs of a company and its staff. HR representatives are often involved in the daily management of staff providing motivation, ensuring high performance, and, in some cases, addressing serious concerns with employee performance or policy violations. Mentoring serves as an avenue to address all areas of concern while providing an opportunity to positively impact the career development of the employee.
