Objective:
This presentation will cover the current status of labor and employment law issues concerning social media, and will emphasize how courts have adapted longstanding principles of law to deal with emerging social media technologies. Topics covered will include the impact of social media on recruiting and hiring, the employer-employee relationship, and termination/post-employment issues.
