Objective:
Revelations of sexual assault and harassment accusations have dominated media headlines over the past year. Women and men across the country have joined the #MeToo movement and shared their personal stories on social media. Are you prepared to deal with your company's next workplace harassment complaint? Do your company's Human Resources Managers and supervisors have the proper training to ensure they recognize harassment when it happens, take steps to stop it and ensure it does not happen again? In this program, we’ll explore sexual harassment in the 2018 workplace, how to properly respond to and investigate complaints, and best practices to prevent it from happening in the first place.
