    Wednesday March 18th  –  The Impact of Employee Engagement & Culture on Retention

    Objective:  

    • Speakers will discuss the difference between satisfied employees and engaged employees and the impact that ENGAGEMENT has on an organization.
    • Participants will explore how engagement is a direct outcome of a high performing culture and what a high performing culture looks like and how to build it.
    • All elements lead to higher productivity, greater return in profits and retention of high performing employees

    This program is pending approval for 2.0 credit hours of general recertification credits from HRCI and SHRM
