This topic develops the techniques and usage of tools to build a more effective employee appraisal program.  The only effective appraisal program is one which includes the multiple elements of an Annual KPI Review and ongoing Performance Observation Reviews and coaching, with easy-to-use forums for both the Business Unit Managers to create and apply, and the Talent Development Leader to oversee and orchestrate.
