Objective:
This session will provide participants with an overview of virtual recruitment strategies and trends and how organizations are leveraging tools to attract and acquire talent.
Speaker:
Kellyn Smith – Kellyn has a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, previous experience in talent acquisition & training and development in industry, current experience teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources at the WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics
This program is pending approval for 1.0 credit hours of general recertification credits from HRCI and SHRM
