Tuesday 09/15/15 –   Employee Engagement:  Creating Connection & Commitment

Objective:

Understanding that employee engagement is a process versus an annual event will be the focus of this presentation.  We will explore how this concept is applied within an organization and share information and insights related to:

• What is - and is not - employee engagement,
• The business case for engagement,
• The role of employees, managers and executive leaders in creating and nurturing engagement,
• When and how to use engagement surveys and their results to build trust and create positive change, and
• Lessons learned from working with engagement at WVU Medicine and other organizations.
